A wide range of thoughtful ideas and tips are provided as well, showing parents completely how they can build-up their communications with their child to support language development. For example, the book recommends that parents should put their words into simple sentences and understandable words when speaking to infants. The other suggestion which is referred to in the book is to use very few words and simpler words at a time if a child is very young and doesn’t know many words yet. Block in-block out! For example. These types of tips paired with the helpful facts throughout the book makes this a great resource for parents.
