St. Teresa's Intitute of Education Celebrated Vaachan Prerana Din on  87th birth anniversary of Bharatratna Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam i.e. 15th October 2018

The day started with morning assembly  on inspiring life story of  Dr. Kalam.  Students were motivated by showing a vidio of  Inspirational Quotes from Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam's speeches for students. 

Students and Teachers enjoyed  screening of  an award winning movie I am Kalam. Wherein little hero of the film, Chotu is higly inspired by Dr. Kalam's ideals and his live for hard work.

Chart Making Competition on "Importance of Reading" was organised. 35 students of FYBEd participated in the competition. Teaching Staff judged the competition and 3 best charts were selected for award. 

STIE Library had a Display on Dr. Kalam. 35 Books on and by Dr. Kalam and 35 Charts on " Importance of Reading and on Life of Dr. Kalam" were exhibited. 178 people visited the Exhibitition. And 89 gave their valuable feedback.

35 students participated in Group Reading Session conducted in Library Reading Hall during 1.30pm to 3.00pm. Students also decided to observe 'No Gadget Day’ as proposed by the Dept. of higher and technical education. The program is endend with National Anthum.
